Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use VidFind. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Plain language summary

Use VidFind with videos you have the right to use. Your videos stay on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple.

Using VidFind

VidFind helps you import videos from your photo library and search for moments inside those videos. You are responsible for the videos you import and for making sure your use of them is lawful.

You may not use VidFind to violate another person's rights, break the law, or attempt to interfere with the app, Apple services, or other users' devices.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos you import. VidFind does not claim ownership of your videos. The app stores imported videos and related searchable data locally on your device so the app can provide its features.

You are responsible for backing up any videos or data that matter to you. Deleting videos inside the app, clearing storage, or deleting the app may remove local VidFind data from your device.

Free and Pro features

VidFind may offer free limits and a one-time VidFind Pro purchase. Free limits and Pro features are described in the app and may change for future versions.

VidFind Pro is a lifetime unlock for the app features described at the time of purchase, subject to App Store availability, device compatibility, and these terms.

Purchases, refunds, and restore

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's payment terms apply. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by VidFind directly. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device using the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases in the app when available.

App availability

We may update VidFind to improve reliability, compatibility, design, or features. Some features may depend on your device model, iOS version, available storage, and video length. We may stop offering the app in a region or discontinue future updates if necessary.

No professional advice

VidFind is a video search and organization tool. It is not designed for legal, medical, safety, law enforcement, or other high-stakes decisions. You should review source videos directly when accuracy matters.

Disclaimer

VidFind is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to make the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every search result will be perfect, that every video can be imported, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, iamdev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities related to your use of VidFind.

Apple terms

Because VidFind is distributed through the App Store, Apple's terms and policies also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing support for VidFind. Support questions should be sent to us at the email below.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated. Continued use of VidFind after changes means you accept the updated terms.
